Tracking and insurance included. Please be sure someone is home to collect your parcel. Couriers cannot deliver to Australia Post owned properties. This includes: Post Offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations. This is because Australia Post restricts delivery to these locations. This is beyond our control.
Postage fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, postage fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are packed with care and your items are well-protected.
We cannot be held responsible for damaged, or lost packages. Once packages are collected by the courier, the package then becomes the responsibility of the courier.
Please allow 3 - 7 working days for your order to be packed for delivery.
Please be sure you have added everything you need to your shopping cart. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to your order. If you have a discount code or Gift Voucher and you forget to enter it whilst placing your order, we cannot add it to your order, once your order has been placed.
Please be sure the email address you register with is correct. Tracking information is automatically sent to your email. (Check your junk folder, just in case)

Your parcel is picked up
Your parcel is delivered
Included is a delivery estimate, so you know approximately when the parcel will arrive. Also included is a tracking link so you can track the parcel along the way.
